Designed as a resident-hosted event, it offers prospective neighbors a first-hand look at the Central Park II lifestyle, unique community amenities, and neighbor-led advocacy.

Attendee Requirements & Logistics

Tech Requirements: Participants in the Community Discovery Challenge must bring a compatible smartphone with a working camera and an active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection (standard data rates apply).
Safety & Parking: While driving through the community, attendees must obey the 10 mph speed limit, park exclusively on the right side of the street, and avoid blocking fire hydrants or resident driveways.

LEGAL NOTICE: Central Park II HOC is a volunteer homeowners' organization. The HOC, its committee members, and volunteers are not licensed real estate brokers, agents, or dealers. This event is strictly limited to a community lifestyle showcase, focusing on park-wide attributes, while leaving all property-specific disclosures to the individual sellers or their agents. The HOC does not negotiate sales, provide valuations, accept commissions, show homes, or represent parties in any real estate transaction. All property-specific information is provided solely by the individual homeowners or their designated licensed agents.

Gift Card Challenge: Limit one (1) $10 Amazon Gift Card per household/party. To qualify, participants must visit and scan the unique QR code at all participating HOC member lots listed on the official Event Map. Requires a compatible smartphone and active internet/data access. Not responsible for technical limitations, poor cellular reception, or data charges incurred. Gift cards are awarded to the first five (5) unique households to present proof of completion at the Clubhouse. Current CP2 residents and homeowners are not eligible. Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. A sweet welcome for new neighbors. Fellow homeowner to gift Sam’s Club or BJ’s memberships for new enrollees to build a stronger, more united homeowner body.

Siri Properties, LLC, a fellow homeowner and corporate stakeholder with vested property interests in the area, has launched a private sponsorship program designed to support the Central Park II (CP2) Homeowners’ Committee (HOC). The initiative encourages the active participation needed for a balanced neighborhood forum, helping establish a unified voice under Florida law.

To incentivize membership enrollment and boost meeting attendance, Siri Properties is independently funding complimentary one-year memberships to Sam’s Club or BJ’s Wholesale Club for the first 25 new residents who enroll in the HOC by December 5, 2026.

"Quorum Countdown" Challenge

To maximize the impact of this neighborly gesture, the distribution of the wholesale memberships is tied directly to community participation milestones:

Core Guarantee: The incentive vouchers will be unlocked for the first 25 first-time enrollees at the December 5, 2026 Anniversary Meeting, regardless of quorum status.
September 5th Super Bonus: If the CP2 community successfully coordinates to hit its "Magic Number" of a simple majority quorum (50 lots) at a formal meeting on or before September 5, 2026, Siri Properties will expand the sponsorship to cover all enrolled HOC members as of that date.

Full terms and conditions are outlined in the formal sponsorship letter submitted to the CP2 HOC.

Honoring the Founders

The sponsorship also features a "Legacy Honor" for the early supporters who attended the historic December 6, 2025 HOC kickoff meeting. These trailblazing residents will be awarded custom Founding Member Pins during a dedicated Anniversary Ceremony at the December 5, 2026 holiday meeting.

Founder’s Day Event Highlights (Tentative Schedule & Offerings)

To bring neighbors together and celebrate the community's leadership, Siri Properties is proud to support the inaugural Founder’s Day celebration on Saturday, December 5, 2026.

10:00 AM – Founder's Day Golf Cart Parade: Opening festivities kick off with a community-wide parade. Siri Properties is providing a grand prize for the best-decorated cart.
10:30 AM – HOC Expo: Local vendor tables and informational booths open to the entire community.
10:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Mobile Pet Grooming Van: A professional mobile grooming station will be available on-site, offering complimentary services exclusively for HOC members' pets.
11:30 AM – Catered Pizza Lunch: To foster neighborly discussion ahead of afternoon governance tasks, a complimentary lunch will be provided to all registered HOC members.
2:00 PM – Anniversary Ceremony & Monthly Meeting: Concludes with the formal presentation of custom pins to community founders, immediately followed by the monthly HOC meeting.

Legal Terms and Conditions

INCENTIVE TERMS: Sponsored by Siri Properties, LLC, a CP2 homeowner-stakeholder to support community engagement. Sam’s Club/BJ’s Wholesale Club are not sponsors of, or affiliated with, the CP2 HOC or this gift. HOC membership requires no specific vote on any candidate or measure. Offer valid for the first 25 eligible homeowners who complete first-time enrollment by December 5, 2026. Limit one per lot. Gift “unlocks” upon reaching a community quorum (50 lots), or at the December 5, 2026 meeting (whichever is first). Completing the Sept. 5th Bonus goal may expand this gift to all HOC members enrolled by that date; otherwise, the offer remains capped at the first 25 new enrollments.

FOUNDER TERMS: Pins are provided by Siri Properties, LLC to honor the 12/6/25 meeting participants. Eligibility is limited to actively enrolled HOC members who were present at the December 6, 2025 kickoff. Limit two pins per lot, to be distributed during the Anniversary Ceremony on December 5, 2026.
